To Join The CPN (Club Penguin Ninjas) answer these questions:

3)Will you be an active soldier? (go on the site and chat and go to battles)

4) Why do you want to join CPN?

5) Where did you find this site?

Also at Battles you must wear the uniform.

The Uniforms Are (Note: You Don’t Have To Be A Ninja. If Ur Not Just Wear a Black Penguin and some other clothing.)
